Our first service is to offer a menu of food and beverages that are distinctive in terms of quality and value.  Second, our intent is to integrate our restaurants with the historical significance of each community in which we operate by creating a nostalgic atmosphere that reflects the local communities history and heritage.  Our image is that of what you used to get in the good ‘ol days.
